What is ADHD Coaching?
Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance) between the coach and the client in a thought-provoking, creative, and collaborative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential. A coaching relationship is designed based on you (the client’s interests, needs, and goals).
Discussion, questions, education at point of need, and reflections are used to assist the client as they explore possibilities, uncover talents and strengths, makes decisions, and identifies actions and prompts that they are willing to take to reach desired goals.
While an ADHD coach will have expertise in ADHD, the client brings knowledge about him/herself.
Together, the coach assists the client to make their own choices, learn what works best for them, and select the actions they are willing to take.
Committing to ADHD coaching is a journey that will take dedication, commitment and patience.
My commitment is to provide you with accountability, compassion, time and guidance, to enable you to individualised 1-1 coaching support you.
Working together as a team, coaching will enable you to move from procrastination to productive and separate the chaos to calm.
I offer one complementary virtual individual 30-minute discussion so you can learn and understand more about ADHD coaching and what it involves.
